captures the full contents of the scrolled window. Spoke with your chat support and I downloaded the 2018 free trial to check and that scrolling works. I tried all preset profiles and even created a new custom one (per feedback on the FAQ's), but nothing worked. I've just setup a custom scroll and it works OK. Using SnagIt 12, you cannot do a scrolling capture of content in Outlook 2016 emails.

However, can you please explain what you mean by switching to FF IE tab rendering? Have yet to try their other suggested workarounds. I was about to open a new issue myself but since nhungtr beat me to it, I wanted to simply post a side by side of a capture I just took with today's DEV build vs a decade-old version (v10.0.2) of Techsmith Snagit. Doesn't seem to be working for me this time. With that said, scrolling capture is IMO it's absolute number-1 weakest feature and unfortunately has been for a long time.

(It used to be a problem with earlier versions, and the workaround that worked for me was a custom scroll. I hadn't noticed until your post caught my eye, but it's true. If I switch to the FF IEtab rendering, then Snagit can still capture the full length of the scrolling window but when back in the FFtab rendering, then only the visible part of the scrolling window is captured. If you want to capture the entire scrolling area, click 'Capture Entire Scrolling Area.' You will see a message that says, 'Scrolling, Please Wait.' Wait until the message disappears.
